Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between each LINQ user and BluePine Labs LLC. By creating an account or using LINQ, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, use your own identity and photos you have permission to share, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must follow the LINQ Community Guidelines. You may not use LINQ for harassment, threats, hate, unwanted sexual content, impersonation, fraud, requests for money or credentials, spam, unlawful activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BluePine Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve LINQ. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

Safety and date recommendations

LINQ cannot verify every user or guarantee identity, compatibility, conduct, venue quality, availability, or personal safety. Date recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements. Confirm details independently, meet in public, tell someone you trust, and use your own judgment.

Enforcement

We may review reports and remove content, hide profiles, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Users may report, block, or unmatch through the app.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account in LINQ Settings. Certain safety records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability and changes

LINQ may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update these Terms, with the effective date showing the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LINQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. BluePine Labs LLC is not responsible for the conduct of users or for decisions, meetings, venues, transportation, purchases, or other activity arising from a connection or date recommendation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

When you obtain LINQ through Apple, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard licensed-application agreement. Apple is not responsible for operating LINQ or providing LINQ support.
